  • Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

  • We currently ship across India.
     

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro / rural areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on orders above a specified value.
     

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order using the link provided or through the courier partner’s website.
     

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us at westernever.online@gmail.com with your order ID.

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with a replacement or refund as applicable.
 

7. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Westernever is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses

  • Orders returned to origin due to incorrect or incomplete details

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
 

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged

  • Contact us immediately with photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
 

9. Force Majeure

Westernever shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.
