Return & Refund Policy

At Westernever, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
     

🚫 Non-returnable items include:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

  • Customized or special edition products (if applicable)
     

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at westernever.online@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request and share return instructions

  3. Once approved, the product must be shipped back or picked up as per instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
 

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or fit issues, subject to stock availability

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered

  • Exchanges must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns
     

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time:

    • Payment gateway / bank processing may take 5–10 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side.
 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within the standard refund timeline
     

7. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error

  • For approved defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be arranged by Westernever
     

8. Non-Compliance

Westernever reserves the right to reject returns if:

  • Return conditions are not met

  • The product shows signs of use or damage

  • Required documents or packaging are missing
